Shipping and returns

Preview store in test mode. Payments use Stripe test mode and print jobs use Lulu’s sandbox. No real card is charged and nothing is printed or shipped.

Shipping

• We ship to US addresses only.
• Everything in your cart ships in one box to one address: a flat $6.99, or free on orders of $60 or more.
• Each item is printed to order by a partner lab within 2 to 5 business days, then mailed with tracking. Most orders arrive within about a week and a half.
• If your order will be later than that, we’ll email you a new date. You can cancel for a full refund if the new date doesn’t work.

Returns

Each item is made from your own photos, so we can’t take returns for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or is lost in the mail, email mweiland42@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll reprint it or refund you.

Mistakes in the photos or text you supplied, such as spelling or low-resolution images, aren’t covered. The preview before checkout is what we print.
